Rape Culture. 102c – If I were the king!

Not too long ago,  we had two national cases of jurisprudence gone astray.  Two victims that were piled onto, by deceptive judges with ulterior motives.  Twenty years and ninety days are totally unacceptable.  If those morons (judges) had to experience anal penetration,  these kinds of cases would be different.    Not only that but a national push to get those sain kits processed.   This is a problem and that is unacceptable as well.

The response that the attacker is being treated unfairly is laughable,  if it weren’t so sad.  But let us transcend dogma and emotions.  If anything,  shield the victim from intimidating stares in the courts,   giving justice to the victim and life sentences to the Perpetrator.

Unfairness to attackers makes me want to hurl,  but reaction is not enough. Early education that stresses equality and the respect of women.  Why are racial epithets more egregious than terms like slut, whore and tramp?    To add insult to injury,  the male pissing on a victim, was given twenty years and crocodile tears.  No way mitigation should be given to men.

All women are beatific regardless of weight, social station and of course,  the pulchritude of the soul.  Let’s give love  to the honor of our sweet young girls and beautiful older women.   The waves of misogyny roll in like a tsunami.   The aftermath that keeps on giving as the waves of indifference and arrogance pile up like the evening tide.  A woman’s right to happiness is an afterthought,  while perps plan other attacks.

On a lighter note,  listen to the song and the suffering that all souls experience.  Let’s find a little bit  of compassion and common sense.  Morrisette Amon.  Let’s keep our hearts open.   All rights reserved by Wish 107.5.

When Women Are Victimized and Misogyny.

You know,  I am sick of this.  I am sick of there being a problem and then swept under the rug.   Case #1 ,  another alleged sexual assault at a North Carolina University.   That place of higher education,  has recorded yet another case of REPORTED sexual assault AND it was at a school atop of reported events!

The ‘body of work’,   both rhetorical and actual,  perpetuate misogyny.   And then the sentences are a joke.  The latest perp, is an athlete.   I know,  I know,  who’d have expected that, right?

And this,  coming upon the heals of two major stories at Vanderbilt and Stanford respectively..    The Vanderbilt case,  is especially heinous,  as it IS a hate crime.  And after the raping,  he asserted to the victim,  that slavery is an alibi, 400 years of slavery that is.

It gets worse.   He then urinated upon the co-ed. With these extenuating circumstances,  he gets 15 years!   It seemed as this judge was more concerned, with the rapist’s prospects after release than the horror and degradation of the poor victim.  And you know that he will get leeway and an early termination of incarceration!

His name,   by the way.  Cory Baty.  The Judge:   Monte Watkins..   Be sure to comment or send an email to that Judge.  (POS).

Case Two:   A miserable POS (http://www.cnn.com/2016/06/06/us/sexual-assault-brock-turner-stanford/)

Listen to the account of the Victim!   This is heart-breaking!

Stanford rape survivor’s letter to her attacker 03:56

(CNN)Widespread outrage has erupted over a California judge’s decision to give a former Stanford University swimmer a six-month jail sentence for sexually assaulting an unconscious woman. Critics are blasting the decision as far too lenient.

I will let you listen to her story.  I am shaking mad,  even still.   Sad to be male and that I might make her fearful of me.   Even so,  it is important to internalize this!  six months to 90 days?!   Brock,  screw your dad and yourself!    And then ‘daddy pooh’ is all supportive! Screw him as well.   He stated that his son will be hurt for 20 minutes of bad behavior. Look at what your’ son did.    He can never repay that debt. Ever!!

But in a statement on Monday, Rosen stopped short of calling for Persky’s ouster.
“While I strongly disagree with the sentence that Judge Persky issued in the Brock Turner case, I do not believe he should be removed from his judgeship,” Rosen said. “I am so pleased that the victim’s powerful and true statements about the devastation of campus sexual assault are being heard across our nation. She has given voice to thousands of sexual assault survivors.”
CNN calls to Turner’s defense attorney, Mike Armstrong, were not returned Monday.

In another semi-related event.   This happened back a few years ago.   But injustice,  misogyny and ambivalence coalesce into a dirge of acrimony.  A woman who faced a trial,  re-raped in court,  and with a long comment by her,  that went unheeded.

As to the case, of a truant girl,  I sit here in apoplexy.   Make an example of an innocent girl.   But I will let you take this in.

So,  let me think,  Diane was being a good girl and yet had to face this, as a responsible young adult and under stress.     Ok, she got a respite with all those donations.

If I Were King-Sexual Violence

Whether the numbers are 40,oo0 or 400,000 the numbers are appalling ar a national  crisis.  If were King,  my task force would have ALL those kits ready to go.    They would ALL  be admissable in country.  Women would preside over rape cases.

We need to find alternatives to the humiliation and terror and possible threats and repercussions and I am a conservative!   This IS a societal imperative, or should be!

In a patriarchal system,  there is… lip-service.   I am not sure if th

Rape Kits and Violence against Women

Many sexual assault patients who come to hospital or other exam sites for a sexual assault examination choose to report to law enforcement. Reporting provides the criminal justice system with the opportunity to offer immediate protection for the victim, collect evidence from all crime scenes, investigate the case, arrest a suspected offender and prosecute if there is sufficient evidence. All patients need to know that even if they are not ready to report at the time of the exam, the best way to preserve their option to report later is to have the exam performed. Additionally, patients need to know law enforcement cannot mandate or request they take a polygraph, voice stress analyzer, or other truth telling test as a precursor to taking a report and conducting a thorough investigation. O.R.C. 2907.10.

 Anonymous Reporting Procedure

Medical personnel and/or hospital support person should inform the adult patient of her/ his right to decide whether or not to speak to law enforcement personnel. If the patient decides not to report the sexual assault, the hospital/facility may simply provide the date and general location of the assault to the law enforcement agency having jurisdiction without giving the patient’s name, address or other identifying information.

I am not advocating to whether a victim should report or not,  but that decision should the choice of the victim,  or if the victim is like 10-11 years old,  a proxy may be necessary.

I have not weened out the procedures for each and every state,  but Statute of Limitations MUST never be the case.

If there is a false report,  the juvenile justice will handle the case,  then move on from there.   There will NO techicalities in place,  that should be off the table.

Here is the conundrum that shows what rape is.  The message sent.

The girl is only 15,  so we all understand what that is.  But also,  she passed out,  and he was debating the issue whether,  he should take advantage of her.

Rape,  Arson, Rape!

The most troubling part is about 1:12.  And these putzes make PSAs,  talking about,  “No means no”!  Hollywood promulgates of a lot of this…

“The Violence Against Women Act protects the lives of tens of thousands of … “We have to promote human solidarity, avoid indifference, and play a part with …

Misogyny 101. Rape is Rape

RAPE IS RAPE. Calling it a date-rape, suggests that women, asked for it. This kind of rape is done in a different fashion, but is still what it is…RAPE. The suggestion is that she was drugged, meaning she DID NOT consent! She WAS, er RAPED.

If these RAPES were reported, then another battle happens. The rape kit, the police interview and last but not least, she is pilloried by defense attorneys and has to face the RAPIST. Not to mention the line-up!

Now, the accused RAPIST doesn’t have to prove anything and chuckles as the girl/woman has her entired life affected. She find it IS impossible to live her life. Every unexpected noise, becomes a panic attack. Some hate men and others are forced to watch the accused, either get an aquittal or see him get releasd on bail.

From discovery to an actual trial (if it gets that far), she is poisoned by possible malfeasence and the RAPEE facing intimidation and her own credibility almost ruined. Guys who think, she is easy! What a burden to bear!

Nasty signs are depicting College Women as fresh meat!

Now, there is the college issue!!! There are thousands of RAPES that ARE NOT reported, for the reasons enumerated above. Even more shocking are these hundreds of RAPES, that are NOT reported! The denials of those RAPES are DENIED by College Schools and Universes.

Why? Largely sports-related. As smarmy as this is, some of the refusals and intimidation are by WOMEN! How freaking apalling!! Of all things!! Throwing a RAPEE under the bus! Women as Misogynists, de facto RAPISTS.

And for what? A serial RAPIST! A football or basketball who is basically worshipped. In their recruiting process, the Blue Chip players, recieve HUNDREDS, if not thousands of letters, asking them to play sports.

And some of serial rapists and some of these recruiters ignore their violent tendencies. And it is NOT just athletics, some COEDS are themselves serial RAPISTS. And the motivation is: the school’s reputation! Some Dad’s apple grows horns and some of them, the apple of other their dad’s eyes are emotionally and physically eviscerated.

There is a great documentary ‘Hunting Grounds’ that does more than I can do, in revealing these shocking revelations. I will let you see something, that will PISS you off, I guarantee it!

One other issue is, I had to unfriend a blogger here, because she thought that men can offer nothing to the debate. Oh well! I have sisters, mothers, aunts, a girlfriend (sometimes) cousins, friends and women at large. Being a victim sexual assault, I have more than a right to opine.

As a sidebar, this movie as a two-star movie. Hell, I wonder why?

With 40,000 rape kits un-analyzed, many women give up.

Afterall, RAPE IS RAPE!

Ferguson Matters but not the block parties and 11 year old raped and charged???

Danielle Hicks-Best, 18, holds her son, Levi. After D.C. police questioned her account about being sexually assaulted, Hicks-Best spent years in detention and secure treatment centers. (Sarah L. Voisin/The Washington Post)

I feel for anyone who is the victim of police abuse but who are these miscreants,  who even our own honorable President Obama called criminals?    No where do you see community activists demonstrating black on black crime.   The defacto parents of this preteen (at the time) were concerned but the police and judge basically called a child who was tortured by her birth parents….  a liar.     Her attackers were late teens and more and they raped her twice.    Child experts who deal with rape and the trauma of other abuses are startled and alarmed at this story and they should be.   We should be.

I am angry for the girl who is now 18 and feels the system has run all over her.    I am angry at community leaders too worried about stuff that does not matter relative to abuse.   I am upset with a system that treats women so shoddily but talks about feminism.

And it upsets me that we are doing nothing to help at-risk children and at-risk adults.    It is not about police and it is not about punishment as much as prevention.    And I am NOT saying that offenders get off,    but how do we prevent this in the first place?    Education should be a lifelong practice and the saying ‘It takes a village’ is utterly correct.    Abusers hide behind their hate and mental issues and so reporting is delayed.

We care more what idiots like Ismus has to stay and other bigots who promulgate by default,  abuse,  hate and misunderstanding.     I have an issue with cops who act like superiors to suspects.   They are not lawyers and they are not judges.    They enforce and are there (ideally) to serve and protect.   I know there are more than a handful of creepy cops.  I have seen the good cops but cops who trip soccer playing girls after a game is a scum bag or the police officer that nearly killed a 90 year old man.   I would love to have a whack at that jerk off.    He is a jackbooted scum bag.

We spend billions enforcing drug and prostitution cases while these kinds of abuse is happening even though we have rapes happening and too many feminists wanting to hear themselves moralize.   I do totally support women and men who contribute to the alleviation of pain and suffering and the fear that blacks have with cops.    Bullying happens every day and by those who are supposed to make us all safer.

So while we are at it,  let’s help now!   There are kids living in hell on streets,  in foster homes and with drug-crazed and mentally unfit parents.   Hollering doesn’t seem to help and building cargo aircraft that are barely used being sent off to the aircraft graveyard is a waste and irreconcilable.

So let’s start getting to know each other.   Stop being rich and condescending and assuming these problems are just going to go away.

Or like above,   we get crimes by sex offenders who are left to watch over kids?   In what world is that acceptable or any person you do not know?????
